Overhead Line Stringing Equipment 40kn Three-Wheel Stringing Pulley Blocks
Introduction:
Stringing pulley block is a special equipment for supporting various conductors and ground wires in overhead transmission line stringing construction, which plays a supporting role for ground wires. It does not damage wires and has small friction coefficient. It can pass through traction plates, connectors and pressure nozzles smoothly.
Application:
Suitable for laying-out construction of overhead transmission lines with double split conductors.
Description:
1. We manufacture a lot of models for different uses in the overhead transmission line construction.
2. The stringing pulleys are used to support conductors, OPGW, ADSS, communication lines, etc.
3. The sheave of the pulley blocks are made from high strength MC nylon, or aluminum materials, and the frame of blocks are made of galvanized steel. The lateral ones are mounted on ball bearings.
4. Cast steel wheel or MC nylon wheel can be selected for intermediate wheel according to customer's requirement; Rubber pressing aluminium wheel, rubber pressing MC nylon wheel or MC nylon wheel can be selected for conductor wheel.
Remarks:
All kinds of pulley blocks can be manufactured according to the customers's requirements.
